President: Carlos Sanchez

Carlos SanzhezCarlos works with organizations that want better leaders and managers who interact more effectively with their Spanish-speaking - multicultural - employees. He helps his clients accomplish these goals by implementing one or a combination of performance enhancement solutions including presentations, training, targeted coaching, media translations and process consulting.

Carlos is president of Leaders Without Borders, one of the nation's only companies capable of delivering its resources in English and Spanish. This guarantees all employees will be reached and impacted.

His clients include such giants as the Tenet HealthCare System, the Baylor HealthCare System and Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, non-profits like Safe Place (DHHHS), and the Mexican Consulate General, with entrepreneurial, high-growth firms such as the Signature Service Group and ServiceMaster, and with manufacturing firms including Owens Corning and Fresh From Texas Food Packaging.

His 28th publication, "Leaders Without Borders" is scheduled for release in October of 2005.

Web-site: www.zen-consulting.com Stacey Johnson, CPTStacey Johnson brings more than ten years of performance improvement experience to the ISPI board. The President of Zen Consulting, she has managed and implemented projects in the telecom, semiconductor, and new media industries throughout her career. She has won numerous awards for her writing and performance improvement project work on behalf of clients, including Awards of Excellence from ISPI in 1996 and 1999.

Recently, Stacey partnered with another company to develop a customizable, modular application that has the potential to dramatically impact business performance management. The resulting product is being implemented for multiple clients, and Stacey is writing a book on how performance improvement methods should be incorporated within organizations striving to remain competitive in today's economy.

Elizabeth Bailey, an Associate Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication, has managed documentation, training, and web development departments. She supports exploring methods to enhance performance improvement within any organization. Elizabeth teaches classes at Richland College in Dallas and holds a BS in Management and an MS in Instructional and Performance Technology.

Communications: Barry Foster
Instructional Designer / Learning Consultant

Barry is a performance technologist with over 20 years of experience in learning consulting, technical training, and soft skills training. He has spent many years in the development and production of e-learning, instructor led and self paced courseware. He is an expert at front-end analysis and certified in the ABCD human performance technology system.

Barry has been a member of ISPI since 1991. He lives in Prosper, TX with wife, son and 2 Australian Shepherds.
