Current State

• ISPI and the DFW chapter are known very little in the local community.

• We have no scholarship processes/programs in place.

• We have no process for mentoring college students in HPT.

• Some board members are involved in other organizations (chambers of commerce, for example).

Ideal State

• We are recognized in the community as the primary source for performance improvement.

• The chapter provides two local university scholarships annually.

• ISPI DFW mentors college students who are working towards HPT-related careers.

• Our chapter has membership with and regularly communicates with various community organizations.
