| May 2006 Chapter Meeting |
| Date: Thursday, May 18 6:00 P.M. HPT Orientation Program presentation: Trainer Distinction - Does it Take a Miracle to Achieve a 4.8 or 5.0 rating? How do your trainers and training measure up? Whether you have a formal evaluation/rating process, get verbal feedback, or are judged on the rise or fall in sign-ups for your programs, all training and trainers are measured. The higher the ratings, the more attractive the programs, the easier the funding, the more secure your job, the more successful your career. It's a fact of life. But how do you improve the performance. The Good News is - your ratings can soar! The Bergerac Company has been called in by several top training companies to give their trainers and consultants an "edge." As one CEO put it, "Our trainers average 4.5 out of 5 in their evaluations, and that's high for our industry. Can you make it higher? Since Bergerac training, the evaluations have been between 4.85 and 5.0. Those trainers are now considered the best in the business. Bergerac will be sharing some of the Five Essentials for Trainers with us at our May 18 meeting:
You'll see all the skills and techniques demonstrated and get to practice some of them to experience immediate on-the-job results. Presenter: Kim Hankins, , a training specialist for the Bergerac Company, has trained extensively in the field of communication.
