Current State
-
Presenters are hard to come by, both local and nationally-known
experts. We have no speaker pipeline.
-
Program planning processes are not mapped.
-
Programs information is communicated with members on an ad-hoc
basis.
-
Programs are planned “by the seat of our pants.”
-
We have effective designs for evaluation, but we do not
systematically apply them at our programs/workshops.
-
Chapter members want networking and career-building activities, but
we don’t offer those opportunities on a regular basis.
-
We often have the same people leading monthly meetings.

professional development needs and desires.
-

Monthly meetings are seen as a way to help members achieve their
career goals.
-
Meeting attendees see different faces each month who are excited
about ISPI DFW.
