• The ISPI DFW chapter is not recognized nationally or internationally.

• The chapter has members who deserve recognition, but no internal recognition program exists.

• The chapter has not won awards from
  ISPI international.

Ideal State

• We have notoriety within ISPI international, and we are recognized as a model chapter.

• Our chapter recognizes high performance members with awards on an annual basis.

• Our chapter consistently receives awards from ISPI international.

Project Description

• Apply to the 2005 ISPI Chapter of Merit (Application not awarded).
• Recommendation to board to create a new "Senior Member" level to recognize members who have been in the ISPI
  DFW chapter for more than five years.
• ISPI DFW chapter members to present at the 2005 ISPI Conference in Vancouver.
• ISPI DFW chapter members to sit on international committees.

Project Milestones/Progress

• January 2005: ISPI DFW board members are currently serving on the international committee and are scheduled to present at the Chapter Partnership Committee Workshop.
• January 2005:  Three ISPI DFW board members met with the international board of directors in preparation for the 2006 ISPI Conference in Dallas.
• April 2005: ISPI DFW members scheduled to present at the 2005 ISPI Conference in Vancouver.

Anticipated Results

Benefits

• Stronger relationships are being forged with sister chapters.
• ISPI DFW Members who do presentations are receiving recognition for their own companies and private practice.
• "Senior Member" membership will encourage member retention and provide recognition for ISPI DFW members.
